“Lil Bro Leveled Up” – Davido Reacts To Mayorkun’s Nomination At The Headies

Nigerian singer, Davido has expressed his happiness as his label mate and close associate at DMW records gets three awards nomination at the 14th headies edition.

The singer even got happier as Mayorkun was nominated for “Artist of The Year”. Davido has revealed in the past when being interviewed that Mayorkun is the biggest artist in the country at the moment.

Also as the DMW boss, he is happy to see artist's under his label doing well for themselves. Following the recent release of “A Better Time” album, The Best by Davido Ft. Mayorkun has been a major hit back to back, on repeat non-stop.

Davido also admitted how happy and emotional he has been after seeing Mayorkun's name in the headies nomination list.

Davido signed Mayorkun into DMW because of the talent he saw in him.

Mayorkun had three nominations from the Headies including Best Street-Hop Artiste, Viewers’ Choice, and the Artiste of the Year category.
